Our boat can accommodate up to 12 guests, yet we have chosen to limit each whale watching tour to only 8, ensuring a more intimate, refined, and exclusive experience, with greater comfort on board, less waiting, and more personalized attention throughout your time on the water.

Our local captains and guides hold current professional certifications to lead these experiences safely and professionally, including the CCPA APPN qualification with a specialization in aquatic hiking, as well as the lagoon pilot certificate.

They carefully interpret whale behavior to decide whether entering the water is appropriate, always in strict compliance with regulations and respectful practices both on board and in the water.

CANCELLATION POLICY

To secure your booking and reserve your spot, a deposit is required. This deposit is non-refundable in the event of cancellation or no-show.

If you are unable to attend, you may request a date change at least 48 hours before the scheduled tour time. Date changes are subject to availability and operator approval. A date change is not guaranteed and does not entitle the customer to a refund.

Your safety is our priority. If we cancel the tour due to unsafe weather conditions, safety reasons, or insufficient participants, you will have the choice between rescheduling your tour or receiving a full refund of the amount paid.

As this is a wildlife experience, sightings cannot be guaranteed. For this reason, no refund will be issued if whales or other marine animals are not seen during the tour.

Any eligible refund will be made to the original payment method used for the booking. Please allow 5 to 10 business days for the refunded amount to appear, depending on your bank or card issuer.

Any refund granted outside the terms of this policy remains at our sole discretion and may be subject to deduction of non-refundable payment processing fees.
